How to Teach Your Child to Read: 3 Easy Steps

Today I'm going to share with you the three simple steps that I use to teach reading and it's not rocket science. Anyone can teach their children how to read.

1. Teach letter sounds first, not letter names or the alphabet song.

2. Next, focus on blending the sound of three-letter words to form meaningful words.

3. Read children's books together with simple sentences.
